I am very excited to be joining the amazing team at Clayton Park Veterinary Hospital. I have always had a passion for helping others, whether that be four-legged or two-legged. I graduate from the Atlantic Veterinary College as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2022 and I am a certified Fear-Free Professional.

In veterinary medicine the focus is obviously on animal health, but the well-being of their two-legged care takers can’t be overlooked. I strive to provide the best possible care for my patients here at Clayton Park Veterinary Hospital, while factoring in our clients needs, expectations, and limitations. I find this to be the most challenging yet most rewarding part of the job thus far. I have a special interest in emergency medicine, and am spending my time developing my skills in that field so that our clients can come see us at Clayton Park when they have an emergent or urgent situation with their pet.

When I’m not practicing veterinary medicine, I enjoy our national sports: Hockey and Lacrosse. I also love to race sailboats on the South Shore of Nova Scotia and spending time on the ocean with my family and friends in the summer. I have coached athletes for over a decade and have brought the lessons and skills I have learned from sport with me to my profession. My partner Victoria and I have 2.5-year-old Golden Retriever named Finni who has taught us more about pet ownership and unconditional love than we could have ever imagined.
