I love working at a veterinary clinic, but it can also be an emotional rollercoaster at times. I could be cuddling the sweetest little pup or kitten one moment and helping someone say goodbye to their precious fur baby the next.
How do I deal with all the stress that I may face during the day? For me, I love getting outside with my dogs, just taking a nature hike and watching them in their element brings me so much joy! I also take yoga classes once or twice a week, which helps my body both emotionally and physically. It is important to take care of yourself, so you can give those who rely on you your best, no matter what job you do.
Get out there with your best friend and take a long walk through the nearest nature trail, I promise you will feel so much better!
