Client Care Specialist

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Saint Mary's University, with the intention of beginning the Education Program at Acadia University. I realized that my passion was with animals and started working at Bide Awhile Animal Shelter during my summer break. I was hooked!

I had worked at Harbour Cities Veterinary hospital for 12 years when joining Dartmouth Veterinary Hospital in 2013. In total, I have been with this company for 15 years. I moved to Dartmouth Veterinary Hospital to fill a full-time position need and have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences at both clinics.

My special area of interest in veterinary medicine is customer service... and anything Golden Retriever-related.

What I love most about my job is greeting all of the wonderful owners and pets that come through our hospital.

My favourite thing about the clinic is my coworkers. We have an amazing team that adjusts easily to our consistently busy days.

Fun fact about myself is I have gotten back into horseback riding after a 20-year hiatus. Loving it!!!

My first dog was named Hobo.
