Pet Selfies – Helping Pets in Need One Selfie at a Time!

For the next 2 weeks (August 22 – September 8) we will be donating $1 for every selfie taken at our clinic using our lifestyle selfie props. All you have to do is take the photo with your phone, post it to Instagram and tag us in it or share it on our Facebook page:

Also, use the #WhatsYourDog to join in on the conversation about deworming and your pet’s lifestyle.

Where does this money go?

The Lacey Fund. This is our in-clinic fund that helps clients and their pets when in need. We’ve used it for pets recovering from being in a house fire, we’ve also donated it to help the Fort Mac SPCA during the wildfires, and other cases where pets were desperately in need and the funds weren’t available.

Why do we feel this is important?

Giving back to your community is important to us. This starts with our clients in most dire need and grows to things like rescues in emergency situations when it’s appropriate. Dartmouth is a diverse community and we know loved the pets in Dartmouth truly are. It’s our way of helping those fur-babies in need.

Who is Lacey?

She was a lovely clinic cat that we had for 18 years. Many of our clients remember her fondly and still talk about her silly antics. We have pictures of her up in the clinic and her successor, Mama, is always up for a snuggle as well.
