Cat Nail Trimming and Ear Cleaning
Trimming your cat’s nails every few weeks is an important part of maintaining their health. But clipping your cat’s nail tips doesn’t have to be a struggle. If you start when your cat’s a kitten, it will probably never be a big deal. Not only does a quick trim protect you, your pet and your family, it can also save your sofa, curtains and other furniture. Need a little help? At PetWorks, we are more than happy to provide you with a nail trim demonstration with your new kitten or as an adult cat.
What grooming services does the clinic provide?
We currently offer grooming services out of our Clayton Park location.
How often should my cat’s ears be clean?
Cats do not typically require ear cleaning. A healthy feline outer ear has a thin layer of hair with no bald spots; the inner surface is clean and light pink. If you see any discharge, redness or swelling, your cat’s ears should be checked by a veterinarian.
