After retiring from a three-decade career as a journalist I am thrilled to join the team at Westwood. I’ve always admired the veterinary profession and long hoped to someday work at a vet hospital. Now that day has happily arrived! It is a major departure from my previous work and a super-steep learning curve which I’m finding fascinating!
Animals of all kinds are my personal passion. My furry collection includes our Australian Shepherd, Georgia, ginger cat, Ben and Quarter Horse, Vinnie. I also ran my own small horse farm for nearly 20 years. My husband and I have two adult daughters and a new grandson.
I’m so excited to work at the front desk at Westwood as a Client Care Specialist – supporting fellow pet owners to get the help their pets need from my new, dedicated colleagues.
