Nikki graduated from Maritime Business College’s Veterinary Assistant Program in 2016. She came to our hospital to complete her student practicum and was such a great performer she was quickly hired in September of 2016! Nikki is especially interested in animal nutrition.
Nikki says her favourite part of her job is “the staff I work with and the friendly environment. It’s a place where I can gain new experience every day. What I love most is being a part of the process of helping clients and making sure that they are satisfied with the care and service that they and their pets have received.”
When Nikki is not in the clinic she enjoys working on creative projects with friends. She is the proud mom of two rats, Titan and Nova, and a rabbit, Tegan.
Nikki is now a certified Fear Free Pet Professional™, working to alleviate stress and anxiety in pets.
