Dartmouth Veterinary Hospital, established in 1971, has been a long standing pillar in the Dartmouth, NS region. Our friendly and caring team of doctors and staff work hard to ensure that a high quality of care is provided to the furry members of our community.
Our facility is fully equipped with an in house lab, digital radiology unit, large sterile surgery suite, full pharmacy, spacious exam rooms and separate dental suite. This allows us to provide a wide range of services such as chemotherapy, full dental x-rays, laser therapy, daytime emergency care and other routine pet care needs. The hospital also works with animal rescue organizations, including Good Bones and Elderdog. As part of a close-knit community, the spirit of collaboration is celebrated by everyone in our team.
Dartmouth is located in a beautiful corner of Nova Scotia. It is nicknamed as the “City of Lakes” due to the 23 lakes that can be found within its borders. We are fortunate to be surrounded by picturesque natural landscapes all year round.
